Official booking rules, traveler responsibilities, and service policies of ShadhinTour Bangladesh.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings made through ShadhinTour are subject to availability and payment verification via our authorized payment gateway (shurjoPay) or verified merchant channels. Once confirmed, an official Travel Voucher with a unique Order Number is issued.
2. Traveler Identification (NID / Passport)
Travelers must carry a valid National ID (NID), Birth Registration Certificate, or Passport during check-in at resorts, domestic flights, and Hill Tracts (Sajek / Bandarban) army check-posts.
3. Pricing & Package Tiers
Displayed prices are per person in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Selecting Deluxe (+25%) or VIP Suite (+50%) tiers adjusts room category and transport privileges accordingly.
4. Force Majeure & Weather Advisories
In case of natural calamities, Coast Guard sea signals, or government restrictions, ShadhinTour reserves the right to reschedule the tour date or offer credit/refunds per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
