1. Standard Cancellation Schedule

7+ Days Before Departure: 90% refund of total booking amount (or 100% free date rescheduling).
3 to 6 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of total booking amount.
Less than 72 Hours Before Departure / No-Show: Non-refundable as resort rooms and transport seats are pre-allocated.

2. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days back to the original payment channel (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Card via shurjoPay).
